The relieving of Chief Larry Rabbit Riddle from the position of
National International Principal Tribal Chief of The United Indian Nation,
And his banning from the tribal member lists of
The United Indian Nation & all Nations under The United Indian Nation.
Reasons for the Council's action voted and approved by the Board of Directors on June 26, 2009 include,

First and foremost, it is worth noting that the Council has been observing the conduct of Chief Larry Rabbit Riddle for a minimum of six months prior to their June 26th vote.
Changed Web Sites Without Approval: Adding four or five entities, removing telephone #'s without Council approval, listing himself as a preferred contact without including his phone # on UIN site (this information was listed on Creek nation and Choctaw websites), and generally causing confusion and rendering the UIN website extremely difficult to use. Response times from Chief Rabbit were so lacking as to generate a plethora of complaints over time from numerous sources - both members and non members alike.
Chief Rabbit additionally purchased, without Council authorization, approval, notification, or consent, additional web domains autonomous from the UIN domain. This unnecessary expense set up other UIN nations away from the UIN, which runs counter to the Mission as well as the Charter of the UIN under which all member Nations are subject.
Extreme Disrespect to the National International Principal Tribal Mother: Removal of the Tribal Mother's information without notice to, approval or Council consent from the UIN websites on more than one occasion. Her position as Elder and Council Member was appointed her by Founder Chief Red Hawk during the time when it was Chief Red Hawk and the Tribal Mother Autumn Sky who held this nation together when a previous NIPT Chief was let go for misconduct.
Adding to this disrespect, upon Tribal Mother's polite request to have her information reinstated on the UIN website, Chief Rabbit answered with a scathing, abusive, insulting email to her which was forwarded to at least three Founders and Elders sitting on the Council.
On 6/19/2009, Chief Rabbit contacted Webmaster, Chief Rain Storm, via telephone and ordered her not to post materials from Tribal Mother Autumn Sky without prior approval from Chief Rabbit himself. Though his orders were to apply to any Council Member, Elder, Chief, and/or other Tribal Leader, his tone was most adamant and disrespectful specifically towards Tribal Mother Autumn Sky herself, as well as the offices she holds.
Another direct order given Chief Rain Storm in that communication was a refusal to post imagery and information of the Principle Tribal Mother in the top position, the proper place for the Tribal Mother Chieftain under our Nation's Tribal Governmental Hierarchy, set forth through generations of our People's governmental structure and tradition. This is yet another example of Chief Rabbit's longstanding abuse of power and extreme disrespect towards the Tribal Mother; as well the traditions of our People, and against a person who helped put Chief Rabbit in the very office he holds.
Given his actions against the Tribal Mother, it appears to the Council that Chief Rabbit is having issues with her authority; opposition which by tradition calls for the deposition of his very own position. Chief Rabbit's machinations are manufacturing a power struggle which undermines the leadership and authority of the Tribal Mother with the Nation. His actions have a far reaching effect in that they are affecting a breakdown of the fabric of our Tribal Government, which in turn undermines the hard work of many, sending a message to the people that we are neither strong nor even united, let alone for the people; which runs counter not just to our Charter, but to our very beliefs.
Diversion of Funds: Chief Rabbit has diverted funds and correspondence away from proper channels of the Nation, set up by the Founders, Elders, Council, and Board of Directors without their authorization, approval, or consent. His diversionary tactics have caused the almost complete breakdown of communications of the Tribe - not to mention embezzlement, treasonous and fraudulent acts committed against the Nation, punishable under Federal Corporate Statutes, as well as under Tribal Law in Council.
Again, in reference to unauthorized accounts, moving designated funds from the UCIN/UIN outside of the knowledge of the Board/Council and approval of same, into unauthorized family controlled accounts constitutes acts of treason and embezzlement under corporate law, demanding immediate action.
Further Abuse of Title: Chief Rabbit has intentionally attempted to divert, one handedly, the communication structure of the Nation; to himself -a man who has been repeatedly reported as unavailable to the Tribe, often neglecting the return of important calls, emails, and other correspondence for days & weeks at a stretch, grinding everything to a halt, not to mention turning away potential members to our Nation. He refuses to post at the present time his telephone number, stating that he receives too many unimportant calls. That we are here for our people, his position is, by definition, for the people. His stance is then reasonably at loggerheads with his position.
The Loss of an Entire Nation!: The Chicamauga Nation opted to leave the Principal Tribes of the United Indian Nation due specifically to Chief Larry Rabbit Riddle's extreme disrespect and attitude totally unbecoming for any Chief of this Nation, let alone the Principle Chief. Rabbit has been observed on several occasions, by more than just a few personages, calling our People, among other terms, “wannabee Indians.” This behavior is patently intolerable for a NIPT Chief. He has not only disrespected our leadership, but every man, woman, and child among us. To have our Principle Chief acting in this manner is a supreme insult and an absolute slap in the face to all in our Tribe. To multiple members, Rabbit has commented that he “owns” the Nation. When one allows oneself to think that one has ownership of any given thing, let alone a People, it leaves said person feeling as if one does not require approval to commit any and or all given atrocities. Such are the actions of Chief Rabbit, and as such, his actions clearly give rise to the standard need of taking decisive, immediate, and appropriate action.
Misreporting Blood Lines: Chief Rabbit, after strongly professing only Choctaw and Cherokee blood in his lineage, miraculously discovered Creek blood in his family tree upon discovering that gaming monies could possibly come through the Creek Nation.
Conflict of Interest: Chief Rabbit has been holding other Principal offices while serving as National International Principal Tribal Chief. Although he had stated his resignation to Council members, Chief Rabbit yet to this day holds office as NIPT Assistant Chief of the Choctaw Nation under NIPT Chief Red Thunder Hawk Borman, confirmed by Chief Borman on 6/16/2009 via telephone and email to the Principal Tribal Mother.
Allowing a Non Member to Control the Setting Up of a Board: the allowing of a non-tribal member, to set up a Board/Council in order to establish a casino operation with profits going only to the said Board/Council. No funds from this operation would benefit the Tribe and its children. Chief Rabbit then voted in said non-member as an honorary Chief without the approval of the Board of Directors/Principal Elders Council.
Complete Lack of Accountability to the Council/Board in Regards to the Financial Handling and Record Keeping of the United Indian Nation: Chief Larry Rabbit Riddle has yet to supply one lone piece of information pertaining to the everyday handling of the Nation at any time since he assumed office in spite of numerous requests for said documentation. This undermines the transparency and accountability of the corporate structure and stands against Corporate Law and established legal precedent.
Additional Grievances Brought to the Council by National International Principal Tribal Mother, EdnaJo Jones Autumn Sky Bryson against Chief Larry Rabbit Riddle:
Misconduct that has debilitated the nation through-out, by his reconstructing The United Indian Nation, and publicly viewed web site, removing Officer names and duties to fit profiles to fit needed offices to bypass and illegally support and build several Nations, The United Indian Nation, The United Creek Nation, The United Choctaw Nation, to fit their required protocol, to save the one year waiting period to get past the Federal Requirement, stated by an Attorney and his Wife, also an Attorney, (documentation on file), in order to set up for the establishment of gaming enterprises.
By-passed all Leaders and Nat' Int'l Principal Tribal Mother [World Wide] EdnaJo Jones "Autumn Sky" Bryson, who is also the Nat' Int'l Principal Tribal Elder, removing her photo and position from the board because Autumn Sky told him she would never support or agree for gambling, gaming and bingo, most especially if no monies were to go to the Tribe and the children of the Tribe. There were only seven people calling themselves Chiefs in this endeavor after two meetings with the man from Merrill–Lynch, Chief Rabbit, and Chief White Crow of The United Creek Nation who is my cousin, along with his brothers, who would stand to gain from this enterprise. All of whom have all shown very extreme disrespect, rudeness, and down right hatefulness, to myself. Larry Rabbit Riddle also stated to Tribal Mother Autumn Sky that Chief White Crow was her boss.
The removal from the Elders list on the website of myself, Chief Swamp Rat-a Principal Elder of The United Indian Nation as well as one of the Founding Fathers of The United Indian Nation! This has been done on a number of occasions to not only Chief Swamp Rat, but to myself, Chief Clyde Golden Eagle Bryson, and others in leadership positions as well, all without proper council approval and authority.
Larry Rabbit Riddle Is unfit to be a Chief of any kind and must be stripped of his title, never again to hold the office of a Chief. His actions are criminal and a disgrace! Therefore, by the authority I hold as the National International Tribal Mother World Wide I demand his immediate, physical removal from office and barred from membership forever within the United Indian Nation and all Nations under the UIN. Larry Rabbit Riddle has sold out his own People and their heritage to a gaming, gambling, Bingo with hopes of many Casinos, using the the United Indian Nation and the Choctaw Indian Nation to do so.
I charge Larry Rabbit Riddle with Hate and Slander Crimes against me so he could get me out of the way! Also, charges of violating my reputation as Tribal Mother of the Nation, World Wide.
IN CONCLUSION
We, the Board of Directors/Council of the United Indian Nation, Inc.
demand that Chief Larry Rabbit Riddle step down from Office immediately,
handing over any and all property, documentation, & information currently in his possession
belonging to the Nation, to the members of the Council.
We, the Council, strip Larry Rabbit Riddle of all titles and membership in the United Indian Nation, and all Nations under the United Indian Nation, based on the charges set forth stated above. Should Larry Rabbit Riddle choose not to do so peacefully, the Council will take further action, which will not rule out legal action in a court of law on charges of fraud, embezzlement, and acts of treason.
The websites filed under the United Indian Nation are forthwith turned over to the Webmaster,
Chief Rain Storm, to be controlled by the Webmaster under Council authority and dictate.
Any unofficial, counterfeit web sites that appear in the guise of The United Indian Nation and/or Nations under the UIN will have legal action taken against them and their owners in a court of law.
We, the Council, appoint to the Office of National International Principal Tribal Chief,
Chief Swamp Rat, who is one of the original Founders of The United Indian Nation.
